BEc (Tasmania), Graduate Certificate in Internal Auditing (Monash), Certified Internal Auditor – (Institute of Internal Auditors), Diploma of Government (Investigation), Certified Leadership Practitioner (Senior Member) Ralph is a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Auditors, and a member of the Risk Management Institute of Australia. He has led audit teams in the federal Australian Public Services for the Australian National Audit Office and for internal audit areas within departments including; the former Department of Education and Training, the former Department of Administrative Services, the former Department of Social Security, the Australian Taxation Office, Air Services Australia and the Australian Electoral Commission. Ralph also served as an Australian Army reserve officer and a lecturer in commercial law.
